NOTICE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all travel bookings made through Connaught Luxury Cruises and Tours (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via our websites, email, telephone and social media channels. By authorizing a deposit or payment for any travel service, you (“you” or “client”) agree to these Terms.

1. Our Role in Your Travel Plans

Connaught Luxury Cruises and Tours LLC acts solely as an intermediary booking agent for travel suppliers including, but not limited to, cruise lines, resorts, hotels, and tour operators (“Suppliers”). We do not collect or hold funds on behalf of clients; all charges are processed directly by the Supplier.

2. Payments

Guests provide us their credit card or bank information to facilitate payment directly to the Supplier. No funds pass through or are held by Connaught Luxury Cruises and Tours LLC at any time. Your contract and payment obligation lie directly with the Supplier.

3. Deposits and Confirmation

These Terms become binding once you authorize a deposit or payment for a travel reservation arranged through our agency. Payment confirms your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and those of the Supplier.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

All refunds, credits, and change requests are governed by the policies of the Supplier. We are not responsible for issuing refunds or enforcing refund policies. It is your responsibility to review the Supplier’s terms prior to booking.

5. Booking Transfers and Agency Release

Once a deposit has been applied and your booking is confirmed through Connaught Luxury Cruises and Tours LLC, we will not transfer the reservation to another travel agency. If you wish to change agencies, you must cancel the reservation and rebook independently, subject to the Supplier’s terms and penalties. However, within 7 days of your original deposit, you may request that your booking be released directly to the travel supplier to manage your reservation going forward. This request must be submitted in writing and is subject to supplier policies. Any promotions and perks applied to your reservation by us will be removed prior to the release of the booking.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. We may offer third-party insurance options; however, coverage decisions and claims are handled solely by the insurance provider.

7. Client Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide accurate traveler information and review all documents and confirmations. You must comply with all Supplier requirements, including check-in times, identification, travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas), and health requirements. You are responsible for verifying that your name and travel details match your identification and reservations.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or errors of Suppliers or for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or inconvenience resulting from: Supplier defaults or operational issues. Weather, natural disasters, or government actions. Illness, accidents, or events beyond our control. By booking, you agree to hold Connaught Luxury Cruises and Tours LLC harmless for any such claims.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the State.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our websites and will apply to new bookings made after the update.

Electronic Signature & Digital Acceptance Disclaimer

By providing your payment authorization digitally, you agree to these Terms and Conditions electronically. Your electronic consent has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted all conditions outlined above.
